Job description

As a member of our in-house marketing department, your role will involve planning and consistently delivering high-quality content.

The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about storytelling. You’ll be producing visual content for multiple communication channels such as websites, social media, YouTube, and email.

  • Regulating the camera’s apertures, shutter speeds and focus based on film type, film speed, field depth and lighting
  • Using specialised photographic techniques and materials
  • Meeting with clients or advertising staff, discussing the brief, studying assignments and goals and determining location or equipment needs
  • Retouching, resizing and enhancing images as needed using Photoshop or other photography software
  • Scheduling people, location and equipment
  • Preparing the location, getting permits and releasing forms if necessary
  • Creating and editing photography in print and digital, producing digital images from the film
  • Delivering the final product to outside sources, media and corporate departments including graphic designers
  • Managing a shared library of visual content
  • Managing camera and lighting equipment

To excel in this role, strong communication and organisational abilities are essential. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients to create and implement a weekly plan for photography and editing.

About You

An adaptable, confident and competent self-shooter

Previous experience as a photographer is essential

Ability to work independently and within a team

Strong storytelling skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite

Proficient in filming and editing

Full driving licence and a willingness to travel to locations at short notice

Bonus Skills

Experience in social media management
