We are now looking for a talented and passionate Photographer and Retoucher to join and support the growth of our dynamic creative and marketing team.
Including but not limited to - Main Duties
- Reporting to the Marketing Manager.
- Cleaning up all images by erasing the backgrounds out to be transparent and fixing all issues with garments like unwanted wrinkles, sample stamps, rips, dirt and lint.
- General retouching such as clipping, masking, airbrushing, colour balance, resizing etc.
- Colour Correction.
- Enhance an image through a combination of tools to adjust the brightness, contrast, and colours of an image.
- Manage the post photography asset process for web images.
- Book studio and organise props.
- Studio and lighting set up.
- Co-ordinate models and equipment for shoots.
- Uploading and retouching all images for the website.
- General retouching such as clipping, masking, airbrushing, colour balance, resizing etc.
- Works independently with direction to achieve objectives.
- Be part of a collaborative team where your voice and creative vision has an impact.
- Liaising with various teams to ensure photographs are correct and up to date.
- Other duties as required.
Required Experience
- Highly experienced in all Adobe Creative Suite software.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Premiere Pro.
Desirable Experience and Skills
- Familiar with designing to Web and E-CRM platforms such as Shopify.
- Previous experience working as a Photographer / retoucher.
- Naturally creative with a good eye for colour and style.
- Knowledge of modern photography techniques.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Understanding of photography lighting and equipment.
- Experience of product photography.
- Experience working with and directing models.
Personal Attributes and Skills
- A keen interest and knowledge in fashion.
- Excellent admin and organisational skills.
- Industry knowledge preferred.
- Ability to multitask, think pro-actively & creatively.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
