Hamptons are seeking an enthusiastic Photographer and Floorplanner to join the team in London on a 12 month FTC.
This role would suit a photographer with 1-2 years’ experience in the property industry, proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom, looking to join an established in-house team.
This is a remote working opportunity, with frequent travel to your assigned region.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sketching accurate floor plans and taking professional photographs for Hamptons’ properties across London.
- Ensure highly professional photographs are taken (and edited) of relevant rooms and connected land for all properties visited in order to market the property in its best light
- Planning your own diary on a daily basis
- You will be expected to visit approximately 3-4 different properties a day.
- Meet and greet clients in a professional manner when visiting their homes
- Ensure you listen to the clients’ needs
- Editing photographs in Photoshop ready to upload all completed photography to the offices on the same day
- The finished floorplans are retrieved and uploaded to the offices ready for the property brochure to be printed and sent to the client for approval
Knowledge/Skills and Experience:
- Highly organised - Diary planning and organisation
- A flair for interior / architectural photography
- Ability to draw / sketch plans clearly
- Experience of Photography, bracketing, interior and property photography preferred
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop editing / compositing raw photographs to a high standard
- Exceptional people and listening skills
- Smartly presented and well spoken
- A-Level / Degree Level Photography qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working with estate agents or in the property sector preferred
- Experience in videography is advantageous
