Expert Reviews helps consumers buy with confidence. We bring together experts in every field to review everything from lawn mowers and TVs to broadband and phone contracts. Whether we're running battery tests, comparing the crispiness of air-fried chips or trying to find the best possible deals, we work hard to bring our readers buying advice they can trust.
As Phones Editor at Expert Reviews , you will be responsible for managing the mobile technology section of the website. This will involve writing, commissioning and editing reviews to a high editorial standard, while ensuring product roundup articles are up to date. You will also be expected to attend key industry events and will work closely with the Head of Reviews to help inform overall reviews strategy.

What you'll be doing
- Manage the smartphone and tablets sections of the website
- Source products to be reviewed and keeping abreast of all major smartphone and tablet launches throughout the year
- Testing for and writing reviews, hands-ons and news stories
- Take high quality photographs of reviewed products, or arranging for those to be photographed by the photographer
- Work with Head of Reviews to ensure that testing guidelines are up to date and relevant
- Ownership and responsibility for updating smartphones and tablets best pages
- Work alongside Head of Reviews on overall reviews strategy
- Attend industry events, shows and launches as and when required
- Maintain relationships with key industry contacts
- Help produce short form video content for social media
- Assist Deals Editor to ensure deals coverage is fair and balanced
