Job description

The Pharmacist Network are a clinical led organisation here to support GPs with the delivery of pharmacist and pharmacy tech services.

We are currently seeking a registered Pharmacy Technician to work in General Practice and remotely within Banstead PCN - Surrey.

The Role

  • Undertake medicine reconciliations of patient record/prescribing in line with the practice protocols.
  • Update patient records, support medicine reviews and synchronization for groups of patients i.e., care homes
  • Help patients to get the best from their medicines by switching the medications to agreed and approved protocols.
  • Carry out prescribing audits and medicines safety alerts.
  • Assisting with SMRs

The Skills

To join our team, you will have 6 months minimum experience of working in a general practice as a registered pharmacy technician.

You will have a relevant degree/qualification to show you are registered and you will be a highly focused and motivated individual.

Must be based within Banstead or able to commute to Banstead to work within general practice.
