Pharmacy Dispenser - Rotherham
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Dispenser to join an established chain of chemists. Based in our Broom Valley branch in Rotherham, the successful candidate will join the company to work 24 hours a week (3 days), earning a competitive salary dependent on experience.
You will dispense items to customers, whilst maintaining customer records and providing excellent customer service. Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: · Developing good customer service with customers and surgeries
· Serving customers by understanding their needs
· Maintaining safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organisation operational policies, procedures, and standards
· Updating job knowledge by participating in training opportunities as required by the company
· Enhancing organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
To be considered for this position you must have a strong customer focus and previous customer service experience. In addition, you must possess the following key skills and qualifications:
· Data entry skills
· Strong organisational skills
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to work towards deadlines
· Good time-management skills
· Selling to customer needs
· Dependability
