We are an Independent Community Pharmacy based in Kirkmuirhill, South Lanarkshire. We are looking for a full-time NVQ2 Qualified Pharmacy Dispenser. We may also consider a Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser.

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately dispensing medication, ensuring that prescriptions are filled correctly and in a timely manner, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Pharmacy environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Full-Time Candidate: 36 hours a week, 9-6pm Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday with a Wednesday/Saturday 9-1pm fortnightly rotation. Closed lunch break between 1-2pm.
Responsibilities:
- Dispense medication accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide advice to customers on the use of medication.
- Ensure that all medications are stored correctly and securely.
- Keep accurate records of all transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Communicate with other members of the healthcare team.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.90-£11.90 per hour
