The Trust has recently invested in the expansion of the pharmacy ‘top-up’ service. We are looking for individuals like you to join our existing, friendly team.
Your role within Stores and Distribution will include visiting wards and departments as part of the IV Fluid and Ward top-up service; receipting, preparing and dispatching of goods and recycling of medicines. Prior experience of stock management would be desirable but not essential as full training and support will be given. Successful applicants will be supported to complete an NVQ level 2 in pharmacy service skills.
General duties associated with the Central Pharmacy Stores & Distribution Service, including goods-receipting, IV Fluid top-up service, ward top-up, recycling, picking, packing and dispatch of goods to the wards and departments. Computer data input on the Pharmacy Stock Control System.
