Pharma Logistics – Data & Process Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your Supply chain logistics data and process knowledge and experience, as well as develop your expertise, within a world leading pharmaceutical company.
The role of Logistics Data and Process manager is responsible for data management, data strategy, related process and systems improvements within Pharma Logistics organization. Responsibilities include collecting and defining user requirements aligned with the overall data and logistics strategy, evaluating design and data related process options, along with benefit and value vs cost.
You will be working in partnership with other team members within the logistics and also Global Supply Chain and services data team and across the business (specially external supply) and various GSK functions. You will have the opportunity to help transform and simplify the way data is managed within logistics enabling our digital vision.
In this role you will…
Own data strategy across Pharma Logistics (PL) and act as an SME on Pharma Logistics systems, processes, tools.
Be accountable for the “data dictionary” which describes data flows, source systems, target systems to enable Pharma Logistics processes.
Measure PL data quality and define performance improvement activities
Be Accountable for External Supply logistics data set up, management and monitoring.
Map master data integration into business processes for the PL process areas (e.g. data flow diagrams)
Liaise with process owners to ensure understanding of data impacts to process and that the right solutions are implemented fit-for-purpose with respect to data correction, management, and reporting
Manage on behalf of PL data relationships with data owners responsible for correction of data at source (e.g. GSK Data Stewards)
Work collaboratively across PL to assist with documentation of processes making sure they are robust, sustainable, and are compliant with the GSK Quality Management System (QMS).
Support PL in defining business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are in harmony with the organization’s strategic goals.
Support user-training, capability-build and process-adoption gaps. Act as a SME on Pharma Logistics systems, processes, tools.

Qualifications & Skills:
Data oriented mindset, with demonstrated experience in data management and analysis (with advanced level of Excel)
Good understanding of Logistic processes or understanding of business complexities in other business areas (i.e. supply chain, IT)
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with ability to cooperate with senior stakeholders
Proficiency in English
Master Degree or relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement projects
Preferred experience in SAP and Power-Bi
