We are looking for a Project Manager to join our enthusiastic, dynamic, and diverse team.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Projects Director to deliver a high-quality Project collaborating with key stakeholders.

Position:
The Role
Our organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager with preferable experience in the healthcare sector to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the end-to-end delivery of the project, using key frameworks which includes planning, scoping, risk approach, control approach, communication approach and management approach.
Reporting to the Group Projects Director, the Project Manager is responsible for delivering a high-quality service through robust, accurate, and timely project activities. This will include developing and executing a detailed project plan, collaborating with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
As Project Manager your responsibilities include:
Develop and execute a detailed project plan, including scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets.
Collaborate with the project team, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure they are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
Conduct regular project status meetings with project team members and stakeholders, and provide updates on progress, issues, and risks.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, are completed on time and within budget.
Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and risk registers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including business sponsors, functional leads, and technical resources.
Ensure project compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Manage project resources, including project team members and external vendors, and ensure they are assigned and utilized effectively.
Monitor project expenses and ensure that the project is delivered within budget.
Working closely with the other Specialist relating to the project
Who we are looking for
An experienced Project Manager with proven Project experience and qualification(s).
To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following:
QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

Prince 2 or Agile Qualified (E)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare (E)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management (D)
Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and risk management.
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team (E)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members (E)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex project issues (E)
Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or similar tools (E)
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision (E)

Project management skills: The project manager should have expertise in various project management tools, techniques, and methodologies. This includes planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing a project.
Leadership skills: The project manager should be able to motivate and guide the project team, manage conflicts, and make decisions to ensure project success.
Communication skills: The project manager should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and vendors. This includes written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Time management skills: The project manager should be able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.
Budget management skills: The project manager should be able to manage project budgets, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project is delivered within budget constraints.
Risk management skills: The project manager should be able to identify potential project risks and develop risk management strategies to mitigate them.
Technical skills: Depending on the project, the project manager should have a basic understanding of the technical aspects of the project to ensure that technical requirements are met.
Organisational skills: The project manager should have strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure that deadlines are met.
Interpersonal skills: The project manager should have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, team members, and suppliers.
