We are looking for an experienced, confident stylist to join our friendly salon team.

My Dog Barber is a unique salon for dogs, bringing style and a fresh approach to the industry. Our purpose built; open-plan salons were deigned to create a luxury city centre style salon for dogs. We have salons located in Low Fell, Chester le Street and Blaydon.

We strive to provide a supportive, friendly, relaxed, and personal working environment. Our team of dog stylists have a combined experience of over 150 years, so there is always somebody on hand to support and advise.

We are looking for a stylist to join our existing team. The ideal candidate should be confident with dogs and able to deliver both pet and breed style trims to a high standard. We are also happy to accept applications for anybody but could benefit from additional supportand training.

Applications should have either

· 1 year + professional dog grooming experience

· A nationally recognised level 3 qualification, for example iPet or City and Guilds

Customer care is extremely important to us so the ideal candidate should be friendly, customer focused and a great communicator. You should be able to work unsupervised, both alone and as part of a team.
