We are looking for a full time or part time Grooming Assistant. Are you a compassionate, responsible individual with a genuine love of animals? If so, we want you to join us on our exciting journey within the canine industry.
The successful candidate will be confident in bathing, drying and helping to prepare and care for a range of breeds to a high standard, helping with the upkeep of the salon & shop and helping with the daily administrative and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate will be motivated to become a key part of the company, working in line with the mission and vision to maintain and develop our ethos and standards.
Requirements :
- Prior experience in a grooming environment and in bathing and drying a range of different breeds.
- A passion for animals and genuine caring nature towards all dogs
- Willingness to up-sell to customers face to face and over the phone
- Being presentable and friendly to represent the business
- Diligence and a responsible attitude
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Applying Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Working well in a team and alone to meet the time constraints of appointments
We currently have a position available for full time and part time roles which are based across our branches in South Gloucestershire and Bristol. The successful candidate will be willing to work in each of the branches when required. Please enquire for further information.
