ABOUT YOU
Creative Blossom Ltd needs an additional team member that has a good eye for creativity. You must be willing to muck in and undertake all the tasks required to run a successful online boutique such as ours. We need someone who is forward thinking and can manage a large workload and work independently.
We need a fast learner as you will hit the ground running with packing, printing, pressing, quality control, order preparation and more. Initially, you’ll get familiar with what we do and our vision for the business. This will eventually lead to you taking full responsibility for the production and packaging of our products, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Experience with design software would be to your advantage but is not necessary as full training will be given.
This is a very hands-on role and some elements of the role are physically demanding such as being on your feet for long periods of time. You will need to have steady hands and a good eye with excellent attention to detail.
During busy gifting periods, the work is very fast-paced and you will need the stamina to be quick on your feet and keep up with the demand. No two days are the same, your work will require acute finesse along with the physical strength to lift heavy royal mail sacks, manage 3 flights of stairs (between office and workshop) and move boxes around the warehouse when re-stocking, packing, tidying or sorting.
