We’re currently recruiting for a Personalisation Operations Assistant to join our Personalisation team. You will own the success of the Critical Path from end to end, guaranteeing that the products get processed in a timely manner through to the product going live. You will work with the wider Personalisation team and external suppliers whilst providing administration support and being the key point of contract for the department.

The Personalisation department has been running for over 4 years and we manage all the Personalised Brands offered across NEXT.co.uk. We currently offer around 40 different personalised brands from Clothing, Homeware, Accessories and many more, making sure we are covering off the best gift options for all key events throughout the year.

About the Job

We’re currently recruiting for a Personalisation Operations Assistant to join our Personalisation team. You will own the success of the Critical Path from end to end, guaranteeing that the products get processed in a timely manner through to the product going live. You will work with the wider Personalisation team and external suppliers whilst providing administration support and being the key point of contract for the department.

You will be…

  • The guardian of the critical path liaising with external brand partners ensuring it is up to date to ensure stock is delivered in a timely manner
  • Building relationships with our brands partners and be the go to person for any queries around stock intake
  • Processing orders and inputting into our systems and excel
  • Supporting the Buyer on any analysis and administration required
  • Collaborating with the wider personalisation team to drive forward trade

Your Talent…

  • Strong analytical skills and a love of Excel - spreadsheets are the one!
  • Some understanding of/experience working with order processing systems
  • Strong team ethos – working together and building excellent relationships with your team along with all other key partnerships.
  • Comfortable working n a fast paced environment
  • An awareness of our key competitors offering and any seasonal offers.
  • Great problem solving skills.
  • The ability to manage your own time.
