What we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Personal Tailor within premium/luxury menswear.
As a Personal Tailor you will need to develop and lead the Personal Tailoring business in terms of turnover and image, along with the store team to achieve sales aligned with our brand objectives by creating long lasting relationships with your clients.
Our vision is that every client feels and shares our brand identity, in a way that they are willing to come back again to our stores.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- To offer an exceptional Personal Tailoring service, throughout the whole process; from the initial consultation to collection of the finished garment.
- Own your business - identify, propose and execute Personal Tailoring business opportunities.
- Anticipate client needs and ensure rapid and effective problem-solving.
- Accurate and impeccable time management and organisational skills are essential.
- Complete all Personal Tailoring admin in a timely manner using the systems provided.
- You will be a true ambassador of the brand, and this will be demonstrated daily through your activities and relationships.
Required studies:
- Experience in the sector for 1 year minimum.
- Training cycle.
- Required languages:
English, level B2.2 (First Certificate) - Additional languages would be desirable although not essential.
