About the Opportunity
As our Personal Shopper you will be the driving force of our Concierge & Services team in-store showcasing the very best of our hospitality to clients across the world whilst working with passion and pride to maintain our high standards, driving sales, and exceeding your targets.
Our clients deserve impeccable service delivered by people with a genuine passion for our famous product edit. This is an integral role for our business succeed, you will need to be experienced clientelling, paying particular attention to what your clients want and influencing what they need!
You must be proactive and driven, staying one step ahead of our competitors; keeping abreast of what’s new in fashion and lifestyle trends, events, and services to maximize every opportunity to deliver for our clients.
Your mission will be to own and deliver as Personal Shopper by:
- Positively interact with potential and existing clients. Answering queries and providing guidance on our services, enabling customers to choose the most suitable option for them.
- Proactively grow your client book within your store and create an exciting hub of styling and shopping.
- Continue to deliver our unique service by maintaining customer care.
- Responsible for prepping the client rooms.
- Work confidently and collaboratively with various departments
- Stay ahead of the latest trends by taking every opportunity to expand your product knowledge, and being aware of competitor activity
About the candidate
We are looking for someone who has passion for brands and styling and who understands teamwork. If you have experience working as a Personal shopper with a strong clientele to join us on our exciting journey. As well as these key characteristics, this role also requires some specific skills and experience to succeed…
- A strong track record of working in a luxury retail business- Essential
- A keen follower of fashion & lifestyle trends, brands, and social media
- A great communicator and strong team player
- IT system literate and confident with Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience using in a clientele tool e.g. Salesforce, Hero or Select Hub would be advantageous.
- An affinity with the Fenwick brand
