Personal Injury Paralegal / Legal Executive / Solicitor (EL/PL) – Greater Manchester
Personal Injury Solicitor, Legal Executive, Litigation Executive, or Paralegal – Leading team looking for experienced EL/PL fee earner with defendant experience. The role will involve managing a non-delegated caseload with mostly fast track and multi track work up to £100,000.

- Working pattern: Hybrid – 1 day in office / 4 days working from home
- Reports to: Partner
- Previous experience: Defendant litigated EL/PL fast track experience would be ideal, though small claims litigation will be considered. Claimant experience will also be considered.

The Casualty EL/PL Team works for an impressive list of clients ranging from household insurance companies to major ‘blue chip’ institutions. This is a fantastic chance to gain experience on a broad range of work.
Because of the way the team is structured, fee earners are encouraged to progress. The role is mainly to handle a fast track EL/PL caseload, there will also be the opportunity to gain multi track experience on cases up to £100,000. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious fee earner to gain experience to a vast range of work for an impressive list of clients.
Key requirements include
- Handling a caseload of EL/PL matters in accordance with client Service Level Agreements.
- Reviewing evidence including witness statements, medical records and occupational health reports.
- Disclosure exercises
- Conducting investigations.
- Conducting CMC’s and applications.
- Instructing relevant experts including Counsel; investigators; medical experts etc.
- Attending Conferences and Trial with Counsel.
- Preparing/checking Trial Bundles.
