Job description
Im looking for a personal carer for murray who is 6 years old, 16hrs per week with scope to increase over the school holidays .Person will be required to feed via gastrostomy and be competent dealing with epilepsy and personal care. Previous experience of working with special needs and complex medical needs essential. Murray has complex health needs requiring alot of Medication and 1-1 support. He requires suctioning and nebulisers on occasion. He enjoys days out at the park, trampoline and lots of adventures he also enjoys a cuddle on the couch and silly noises. He is a very happy young boy who loves nothing more than to smile and laugh. Murray is a full time wheelchair users and has access to wheelchair accessible car to get out and about. Post is for evenings and weekends. Evenings 3pm-7.30 3x week and a few hours at weekend for an activity during the day. This can be flexible though
