Impact3 (and founders - Akshay Ruparelia & Danu Kumanan) are looking for a personal brand Social Media Manager who will be in charge of the individual's interactions with the public through social media platforms using a unified voice. Your duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online. You must know how to engage people, leverage monitoring tools for insights and align your work with personal brand's goals. You will also have an eye for social media trends and ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Content creation and strategy
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Monetisation strategy and partnership management
