  • JOB TITLE: International Private Banking Manager
  • SALARY: £29,669
  • LOCATION(S): Villiers House, Isle of Man o
  • HOURS: 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

As an International Private Banking Relationship Manager, you’ll be using your excellent communication skills to engage with our customers to create the best experience and provide a high level of customer service.
From Day 1 you’ll receive all the training and support you'll need.
Being our business representative who’ll build long lasting and sustainable relationships within our global customer base.
You’ll discover opportunities to match customer needs against our products available to them in their country or residence using appropriate skills and decision making.
Assisting customers to register for our digital offering and use customer feedback to understand and improve our customer’s experience

What you’ll need
  • Honesty, diligence and to genuinely care about helping people with their queries and to move forward with their finances.
  • The ability to quickly build relationships; to understand and meet your Customer's needs through our diverse range of services.
  • to be hard-working with the desire to deliver great service, and a team mate that can work closely with colleagues.
And any experience of these would be really useful
  • Ideally some Relationship Management, banking or business experience where you've had to deal with customers previously.
