JOB TITLE: Personal Banking Manager
SALARY: £40,461 - £42,590
LOCATION: Broad Street, St Helier, Jersey
WORKING PATTERN: A fixed term contract of 35 hours a week, including Saturday (9am-1pm) on rotation.

As a Personal Banking Manager, you’ll proactively support your customers and colleagues whilst growing and developing your skills for future opportunities, as well as:

What you’ll need
  • Residency licence permissions for Guernsey
  • Honest, hardworking, and genuine. Caring about helping people with their queries.
  • An ability to quickly establish relationships; to understand and meet customers’ needs through our diverse range of services.
  • Acting with care and integrity giving our customers confidence in the service you're providing.
  • Capable of nurturing, mentoring and supervising a small team of colleagues and keen on your own self-development.
  • The flexibility to work in branches across the area and occasional Saturdays when needed.
And any experience of these would be really useful.
