JOB TITLE: Personal Banking Manager
SALARY: £40,461 - £42,590
LOCATION: Broad Street, St Helier, Jersey
WORKING PATTERN: A fixed term contract of 35 hours a week, including Saturday (9am-1pm) on rotation.

As a Personal Banking Manager, you’ll proactively support your customers and colleagues whilst growing and developing your skills for future opportunities, as well as:

What you’ll need

Residency licence permissions for Guernsey

Honest, hardworking, and genuine. Caring about helping people with their queries.

An ability to quickly establish relationships; to understand and meet customers’ needs through our diverse range of services.

Acting with care and integrity giving our customers confidence in the service you're providing.

Capable of nurturing, mentoring and supervising a small team of colleagues and keen on your own self-development.

The flexibility to work in branches across the area and occasional Saturdays when needed.
