The PA role will organise the activities of the Talent Management & Acquisition Director and a member of their team, the Executive Talent & Assessment Director, to enable them to maximise their contribution to the business. The successful candidate will be required to primarily support with diary management, but also be expected to support in a range of administrative tasks, supporting management of cross-divisional relationships as well as co-ordinating activities alongside the Talent Management & Acquisition Director's Executive Assistant.
  • Provide a highly efficient, reliable and proactive service to business leaders to support their business effectiveness, acting as the first point of contact for the Talent Management & Acquisition Executive Office and an ambassador for our brand.
  • Build effective working relationships with business leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Undertake effective diary management to ensure the Directors’ time is spent efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge of the business to support business understanding and ensure support is as effective as possible.
  • Co-ordinate centralised processes such as travel bookings, expense claims, events, internal systems etc. to support the business leader or team.
  • Work with highly confidential and sensitive material and maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment responding to requests often within short timescales.
  • Be able to be flexible and shift approach to a range of different leadership styles and business processes.
  • Be able to deal with multiple tasks and issues simultaneously.
What are we looking for?
  • Minimum of 2 years experience supporting Director Level or above
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills. You will be capable of successfully interacting with all levels of the organisation and external stakeholders, remaining professional while firm.
  • You ensure absolute confidentiality, discretion and trust and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • You are flexible, collaborative, resilient and have a can-do demeanour.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan in advance and be proactive.
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills and react quickly to both internal and external business needs.
  • You have strong written and oral communication skills and are a confident user of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook.
This role is based in London and would require 2 days in the office.
