Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with Clients, Tenants, and Contractors
- Maintaining Dynamics CRM databases and APR database for immediate team
- Proactive use of social media for the Rural Department, especially the Directors
- Set up and manage the department meetings, including taking minutes and general diary management
- Invoicing including job time and expenses recovery and regular reconciliations of clients' fees based on database reports
- Being proactive with reviewing debtors, aged time and disbursements
- Answering the telephone for the Head of Office and Rural Department and other departments (as required) and assisting with queries where possible, and/or taking accurate messages
- Dealing with contractors in an emergency and creating works orders as appropriate
- Lone working implementation (checking safety of team when on site, and when not returning to the office afterwards)
- Typing and proof reading of documents, especially Trustees’ reports.
