Job Title Personal Assistant to Global Head of Compliance

The Compliance Department seeks to protect the Bank’s licenses to operate by promoting and enforcing adherence with laws, regulations, rules, expectations of regulators, the standards of self-regulatory organisations, and codes of conduct / ethics in connection with the Bank’s regulated activities. Compliance also take a leading role in driving a culture of compliance and ethical conduct in the Bank. You will be part of the Compliance Department who plays an integral role in supporting the Group’s strategic objectives, including the application of the values & beliefs, and ethical standards, culture and conduct risks, set by the Management Board.

Your key responsibilities
Managing and maintaining schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Arranging, coordinating, and documenting internal and external meetings / events
Processing expenses for travel
Procuring office supplies and equipment
Receiving and interacting with incoming visitors where required
Working collaboratively with internal staff at all levels and all functions to support the needs of the business
Your skills and experience
Relevant personal/team assistant experience from working within Financials Services or Professional Services industries
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
Experience working with senior executives / Board members
High integrity and be able to safeguard confidential and sensitive information
Educated to degree level or with relevant professional work experience
