Are you ready to make an impact at a global company? We’re looking for a PERSONAL ASSISTANT to hit the ground running in MANCHETSER and support our European Chief Information Officer.
Your role will be based in our MEDIA CITY, MANCHESTER OFFICE on a hybrid work schedule with around 3 days a week in the office.

- Annual bonus circa 6% based on performance.
- 53 Week bonus payment – 1 weeks salary paid in Dec

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Managing the CIO’s diary extensively, including organizing internal and external meetings across multiple time zones & locations.
- Owning the CIO’s Lead Team meeting cadence (locally and virtually). Act as a specific point of contact for the Lead Team and wider functional team, including with the Global IT function.
- Striving to deeply understand the team's goals, and work with the CIO to ensure that their time and focus is organized accordingly.
- Coordinating complex international itineraries & travel including booking flights & hotels, coordinating details so that the CIO is always prepared during trips.
- Helping with inbox management, ensuring that the CIO is on top of all communications.
- Managing financial administration, e.g. processing purchase orders, invoices and expenses. Cost Centre administration including budget inputs, phasing and cost control.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentation or meeting materials. Compile & edit briefing materials and synthesize this information into executive summaries outlining key business & communication insights.
- Ensuring email lists, org charts and other administrative systems are regularly maintained and current. Be the best practice ambassador and champion of our systems and processes.
- Owning the on-boarding process for new employees to the team and drive our “one team spirit” using our internal communications platforms
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- An experienced Exec Assistant to support at CIO/Senior Director levels.
- Exceptional with regards to organizational & analytical skills but have the ability to creatively solve problems.
- Self-directed, take initiative & be proactive with excellent project management skills.
- Super at communicating with great written and verbal communications skills with the ability to capture complex concepts & convey them in simple, meaningful language.
- Courageous with an ability to interact with senior level executives and all levels of the organization, stepping up to address difficult issues and challenging appropriately.
- Customer focused with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels in the organisation and externally networked, collaborative and approachable.
