Hiring a professional PA (EA) to support the CEO in one of the fastest growing asset management companies.
We're looking for well organized person, who can work well under pressure and can deliver efficient and executive support on the spot, take charge of critical situations and act with confidence. Plus points: experience in international business and affairs, ambition and interest in development programs.

Primary location is at Canary Wharf office.
About the role:
- PA support to CEO
- Manage Complex Global Calendar, travel and events
- Research and support to provide daily briefings/agendas/background material to CEO to ensure they are prepped as needed - undertaking research where needed
- Meeting co-ordination and set-up, attendance as needed
- Organising offsite Executive meetings to include venue sourcing, travel and accommodation arrangements, support personnel and assistance etc.
- Working closely with other Team PAs and ensuring close alignment and collaboration
- Ad-hoc personal support to CEO

Salary up to £86,750.00 per year (excl. bonuses).
