We are Need a Place Ltd, that specializes in providing short-, medium- and long-term accommodations via OTAs such as booking.com and Airbnb. Our apartments are based mainly in London. We are keen on expanding our business to other areas of the UK and there are potential growth within the company and career progress to the next level.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to work part-time with us, working closely with the Director. You will be an ambassador for the business adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures. You will be a confident, organised and proactive individual, who enjoys working in a hospitality sector and providing excellent service to our guests.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

· Managing and maintaining calendars, tasks, meetings, and event planning.

· Using software such as a channel manager, cleaning apps etc to communicate with guests and cleaners effectively to maintain and provide smooth and great service to guests.

· Provide confidential administrative support including incoming/outgoing correspondence, data filing, meeting minutes, action trackers, information reports and other tasks as required.

· Booking appointments with a tradesman to rectify the problem at the apartments.

· Communicate and send out emails to landlords of any issues arising at the properties.

· Overseeing emails and correspondence, prioritising, and delegating as required.

· Provide support with Company administration tasks as required

· Provide CRM administrative support as required.

About you:

· Strong Administrative, Organisation and Communication skills

· Ability to work to deadlines

· Proficient IT skills – including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

· Confident and organised with excellent attention to detail

· Discretion and Trustworthiness is imperative

What Do We Offer?

· Initial Salary of £12.00 which can be increased depending on your performance.

· Flexible working hours. Mainly 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evenings Monday to Sunday. This is negotiable.

· Working From Home. Don’t need to attend the office unless otherwise stated so on the day.

Director is very friendly, open minded and happy to receive any advice from the Personal Assistant where required.

Job Types: Part-Time, Permanent

Salary: £12.00 per hour.
