Purpose of the role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a high -performer to join an innovative and rapidly growing healthcare consultancy. The role will primarily be focused on supporting two of the directors within the business. It will offer extensive variety on a day-to-day basis along with the opportunity to be involved in other ongoing service solutions and ad hoc projects.
This is an ideal role for someone with well-developed PA and organisational skills. If you love working with people and organising them, then this is the role for you. There will be a strong element of liaison with high level healthcare professionals and senior pharmaceutical customers.

Duties and responsibilities include:
· Extensive diary management for directors including co-ordination / scheduling of complex meetings, webinars and conference calls with precision and accuracy
· Organise and set up for all regular internal meetings
· Acting as the key point of client contact including answering and screening calls, dealing with enquiries / requests, and handling / escalating where appropriate
· Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and suppliers
· Arranging travel and accommodation
· Development, design, proof and formatting of client facing PowerPoint presentations.
· Compiling, proofing and formatting reports and proposals
· Preparing papers, documents and presentations for meetings
· Supporting the planning, organisation, tasks and delivery of client projects
· Administrative duties relating to projects including research, compiling information and data input
· Managing ad hoc requests relating to any part of the business
· Being part of a flexible administration team and supporting other divisions within the company as workload dictates
· Provide administrative support to the leadership team
· Oversee the office management function within the business
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience of providing PA support, ideally within and executive assistant role

Skills and knowledge required:
· Experience in a PA / Administrator role essential
· Excellent organisational abilities and written / oral communications skills
· Proficient with Outlook – particularly diary management
· Thorough command of MS Office - specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Experience in a client facing role
· Ability to be work with minimal supervision, prioritise work and act on own initiative
· High attention to detail and extremely efficient
· Capable of dealing with a fast-paced environment, varying demands, changing priorities and tight deadlines
· Able and keen to learn new skills and navigate new systems quickly e.g. Mindjet mapping and task system, MailChimp, Survey Monkey
· Must be flexible, hardworking, have a 'can do' attitude and be forward thinking

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
