Job Description
The successful Personal Assistant will be expected to:
- Maintain the Headteacher's diary
- Manage the Headteachers office operations
- Manage meetings
- Act as a first point of contact within the school for staff, parents/carers and stakeholders
- Carry out a range of administrative duties
- Manage the Headteacher's diary, schedule and arrange meetings as well as appointments
- Draft emails, presentations and reports on behalf of the Headteacher
The Successful Applicant
The successful Personal Assistant will have:
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills
- Previous experience managing senior members of staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
They will also be:

Proactive
- Good at gate-keeping and signposting
- Good knowledge of Excel and mail merge
- Preferably some understanding of schools MIS
- Flexible and good at managing requests from a number of people and prioritising workloads
