Job Title: Office Administrator
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks and office operations
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper organization of documents
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Experience:
- Skilled in excel formulas and data input
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
