Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for supporting successful business leaders?
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join this luxury interior design studio that focuses on residential projects. As the Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing full administrative support to our Director, including personal admin support.
You will manage the Director's diary and contact list, ensuring that they are always up-to date-and well-organized. You will also be responsible for booking and managing all travel itineraries, including flights, taxis, accommodation, conferences, and restaurants for both work and private purposes.
In addition, you will organize networking and business development events hosted by the Director, and support the Director in responding to new business inquiries. You will be responsible for typing up minutes, issuing and responding to emails on the Director's behalf, and booking and managing meeting rooms. You will also assist in the preparation of materials and collateral for the Director's client meetings.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be proactive, professional, and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. Experience working in a luxury interior design studio or a similar industry would be an advantage.
