Job description
The overall role contribution to team, department and organisation:
- Provide administrative support to the VP Marketing and VP Programming within the DTC/Disney+ team
- Maintain a high and professional standard of communication between their office and all internal and external contacts and requires management of highly confidential information
- Be a focal point of contact for the division and liaise with the team, judging priorities and ensuring the delivery of a high level of service
Areas of Responsibility
Key elements and required results of the role
- Provide first class administrative support to the VP Marketing and VP Programming

Complete diary management for both VP’s, ensuring timing and logistical details in place
- Co-ordinate meetings, lunches and dinners
- Prepare meeting agendas for team meetings
- Co-ordinate marketing campaign planning meetings for VP Marketing, liaising with campaign planning team to adhere to deadlines
- Assist with inbox management for VP Marketing and VP Programming
- Manage all travel requirements including travel itineraries and bookings (both European and International), including weekly travel for the VP Programming from Amsterdam to the London office. Ensure all travel is executed timely and with local knowledge and input
- Process expenses for VP Marketing and VP Programming in a timely manner via the Concur system
- Management of SAP and expense approvals for VP Marketing and VP Programming
- Dealing with telephone calls and enquiries as required
- Prioritise daily workload, in conjunction with urgent requirements
- Assist with management of monthly content briefing webinar for the VP Programming
- Assist with collating weekly reports for VP Programming
- Management of distribution lists for the Marketing and Programming teams
- Confidant to the VP’s, being trusted eyes and ears to help gauge team morale, spot problems early on, and be an integral member of the DTC team
- Work closely with the EA to SVP & GM, Disney+ EMEA on wider DTC team initiatives such as team meetings, events, away days as appropriate
- Provide holiday and sickness cover as required for the EA to SVP & GM, Disney+ EMEA
- Any additional duties as may be required by the VP Marketing and VP Programming

- Accountable to the VP Marketing, DTC EMEA with dual reporting into VP Programming, DTC EMEA
Experience Required
Experience, Qualifications and People Management experience
- Experience as Personal Assistant, supporting more than one executive
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities and without supervision
- Demonstrable working knowledge of SAP and Concur
- Experience with booking and managing travel
- Advanced Outlook, PowerPoint and Word skills
- Knowledge of Excel
