We are seeking a motivated and proactive Personal Assistant/Design Engineering Graduate who has a love for cars. You will be part of a professional team that works collaboratively to ensure that all members of the management team are constantly supported to a high level.
As PA/Designer, you will bridge the link between creative employees and management. This is a senior role for someone with effective communication, innovation, high-level design problem-solving and design skills - ensuring that all products and experiences are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
In addition to communicating the company’s creative vision, the PA/designer will liaise with the entire design team and process the all-important technical decisions.
You will work with a team of professionals that are responsible for communicating with the design team internally and with external partners. You will primarily support our C.E.O, by providing a high level of administrative support in an independent and self-managed capacity.
You will possess excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be a strong team player and have the ability to exercise initiative and work independently.
Diplomatic and discreet in approach, you will be skilled at managing a complex workload accurately, including maintaining schedules and correspondence management.
Job responsibilities (PA)
- Assist with new business development initiatives.
- Ensure the movements of the senior management team are communicated to the relevant people.
- Primarily support our C.E.O, by providing a high level of administrative support
- Assist senior management with administrative tasks.
- Plan and manage internal and external events such as exhibitions, trade shows, and launch events.
- Set up and manage internal and external meetings, taking minutes and completing the necessary follow-up tasks.

Profile
- Must possess a design degree or a relevant qualification
- The ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Knowledge and passion of the automotive industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Salary: £25,000 per annum (pro rata).
