What you'll do

As a Personal Assistant in our Chief Executive Office, you’ll empower our CEO team to make the best use of their time by coordinating a range of administrative tasks on their behalf.

Day to day, you’ll be:

  • Scheduling meetings and events
  • Preparing briefings and documents
  • Managing diaries, maintaining mailboxes and responding to emails
  • Coordinating activities and communications
  • Processing expenses and invoices

The skills you'll need

To thrive in this role, you’ll need experience of managing and coordinating diaries in a senior leadership support or business management role.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work at pace
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy in your work
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel

An understanding of the Chief Executive Office and how it interacts with the rest of our organisation would be helpful too.

What else you need to know

  • We’re offering this role on a 12-month basis
  • Most of your time will be spent working from one of our offices
  • You’ll need to be willing to travel if required
  • We’ll sometimes need you to be on-call to support our CEO and her team outside of your normal working hours
