As the Personal Assistant you will perform more than administrative tasks; you will be the Executive’s “right-hand person” who enables them to advance company initiatives and goals. You will filter and attend to the day-to-day functions that are part of the Executive’s role so that the Executive can focus on the high-level leadership and strategy functions.

What you’ll do
- Provide daily secretarial and administrative support to the Supply Chain Director, Group Strategy & Transformation Director and their teams, to include but not limited to; arranging travel and accommodation, booking meeting rooms, scheduling meetings, minute taking, diary management (maintaining outlook calendar) and ordering of materials
- HR Administration duties such as managing holiday forms, maintaining absence reports and organizational charts
- Copying and circulating packs including board papers
- Updating and amending presentations and board papers using Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
- Scheduling internal and external meetings, and providing a first point of contact to external parties
- Providing admin and project support to 2 Executive members and their teams across the business (London)
- Providing holiday cover for other Business Unit and Executive PAs
- Prioritise conflicting demands to ensure a high level of service is always delivered
- Previous Executive Assistant experience – required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to multitask
- Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
- Great interpersonal skills and a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
