Directly responsible to: HR Manager

Full Time Permanent

Location: Full time onsite, at the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, Lloyd House, 2 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT

Are you an organiser? Are you skilled at prioritising and talking to people to get things done?

We are looking for a meticulous Personal Assistant to support the Police and Crime Commissioner and other Senior Officers or Officials.

You will need to have excellent attention to detail striving to deliver the highest levels of service and quality. You will need to have experience working either as a PA or similar role, great communication skills, and an ability to meet tight timescales, prioritise and good attention to detail. You will need to be a forward thinker adaptable to change and able to manage multiple Executives. You will be astute and a natural proactive forward planner who is prepared to roll their sleeves up and really get stuck in when needed.

The Police and Crime Commissioner runs a busy office with a real sense of purpose and the successful candidate will be part of the team which ensures that the office runs smoothly. This role is very fast paced and requires someone who loves multi-tasking and working in a high energy environment.

You will be required to be on site 5 days a week. This is crucial to meet the business needs of this role and to fully support the Commissioner and other Senior Officials.
