Location: Blended role (mixture of home working and office working)
Salary: Competitive
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:15

What will you be doing?
This is a really exciting opportunity to support the Head of Business Care!
Provide support to Head of including:
Set-up regular and ad-hoc meetings- Agenda consolidation for weekly and monthly senior management meetings
- Management of distribution lists
- Adhoc project tasks
- SuccessFactors data integrity for the E band manager or departmental wide data changes for bulk uploads
- Manage efficient travel arrangements where supplier/offsite meetings are required
- Organisation and logistics of department wide events e.g. All Hands meetings
- Creation of organisation charts through exporting org charts from SuccessFactors
- Ad-hoc PA cover
- Support in Purchase Order management
- House red award recognition and processing
Who are we looking for?
You'll have:
Strong planning and organisational skills.- Ability to work cross functionally and alone.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) with an ability to engage at all levels up to Heads of Function.
- Structured approach to business planning and implementation.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Access & Excel
