Job Title: Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities revlve around the two different sectors that the Managing Director works in; Property and the Charity Sector (specifically Finance and Governance Advice).
Most of the work will involve handling relevant paperwork and communicating via email. There would be some requirement for occassional phone calls. and also some research and analysis on a fairly simple level, of information such as rent incomes.
In summary you will:
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Conduct research and compile information for occassional projects
- Assist with other errands and tasks as needed
- Be available to collect paperwork or discuss work from time to time, at an address to the north of Southampton, but you would mainly be working from home.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to learn the basics of online tools like WordPress, MailChimp and Kajabi.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in use of MS Word, and to some extent, Excel & PowerPoint
- Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information
