At Travis Perkins we have an opportunity for a Personal Assistant on a part-time basis (25 hours) to support our non-executive board member for Travis Perkins PLC. This role will be based hybridly and in our Northampton office with our new working model of also working from home.
What you’ll do
As the Personal Assistant for our non-executive board member, your days will be varied, ensuring their day runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. You will be managing their diary including international travel and arranging hotels, submitting expenses, working closely with the Board and other external stakeholders. You will be carrying out crucial administrative duties, often to deadline and in line with the individual requirements of the director. Some travel will be required on an ad hoc basis, therefore a level of flexibility will also be required.

You will also have:
- A high degree of competence in written communication and organisational skills
- A high level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality at all time
- Excellent interpersonal skills will be key for you to succeed in building strong stakeholder relationships
- Your excellent attention to detail will be utilised on a daily basis, within this varied PA opportunity, alongside your excellent IT skills. We use Google suite platform, but we can teach you
- You will be adept at positively influencing colleagues whilst being discrete and professional
