You will need to be fully flexible to work between the hours of 8am and 10pm as there are various shifts including weekends and evenings up to 37.5 hours a week.
This role works on a 3-week rotation to work the weekend -Saturday 9-5pm Sunday 10:30am-5:30pm. Then a week each of 8am - 4pm and then 10am - 6pm
As a Digital Personal Shopper, you will ensure that all our Watches of Switzerland clients receive a shopping experience that is world class through the clients chosen channel of contact (email or telephone)
You will be responsible for ensuring all clients are given the highest level of attention and empathy to ensure their issues are resolved whilst retaining them as future customers of the business.
Working with values as part of a team, you will work with Everyone in upholding and representing The Watches of Switzerland Group in everything you do, delivering excellent service and demonstrating a positive and can-do manner supporting the Customer Service department with admin tasks where necessary
Principal Accountabilities
- Answer customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner projecting the Watches of Switzerland Group goal of delivering a world class client experience that is second to none.
- Work cross functionally with internal departments to locate stock to fulfil orders, refunds, and exchanges.
- Communicating with customers via email, dealing with their queries and complaints in a positive and calm manner.
- Assisting clients with their ordering experience
- Helping stores solve problems by giving accurate and timely advice, information, and valid authorisations.
- Carry out tasks as directed by your senior customer service advisor or manager within agreed timescales and quality.
