Would you like to join our award-winning NHS Shared Business Services team? Are you a Personal Assistant, or maybe a Senior Administrator that understands the importance of working within a confidential environment?
You will report primarily to the HR Director of NHS SBS but will also have wider team responsibilities! Responsibilities include core administrative, logistical and organisational support across the HR team. The role requires confidence working with others to achieve results. Provide services either personally or by leveraging contacts in a specific area.
Although for the majority, you will be working remotely, there will be a requirement to occasionally attend the Leeds office with some travel throughout the UK depending on projects and key meetings.
What you will be doing:

Set up events and meetings with internal and external stakeholders, booking rooms, refreshments, video conferencing equipment and preparing agendas

Complete expenses and other general administration tasks for HR Director

Complete DBS checks and ensure mandatory training is being completed

Develop PowerPoint presentations, type letters, memos, charts, reports or other types of correspondence and maintain records of all documents
- Ensure relevant reports and presentations are easily available for meetings
What you will bring:
- Excellent analytical skills, understanding of how to interpret data and solid attention to detail

Strong organisational / planning skills

Must be willing to travel occasionally throughout the UK

Able to handle confidential and difficult topics authoritatively

Proactive, self-motivated to work alone and adaptable to team environments

Flexible in approach to work hours with high energy levels and a can do attitude

Provide outstanding administrative and secretarial support – experienced in using Office –
- Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint as a minimum
Desirable Skills:
- Working towards a recognised certification with a recognised and relevant professional body (CIPD)

Location: Leeds (but will consider Sheffield and Salford)

Salary: £28,000
