Richmond Pharmacology is a thriving, busy clinical trials organization involved in the testing of innovative new medicines being developed for the healthcare industry. We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant with exceptional time management and organization skills to come on board, primarily to manage the schedules for the CEO, Medical Director, and Director of Operations.
Working alongside the Executive Assistant at our unit in London Bridge, you will be responsible for scheduling the CEO's and MD's meetings and appointments and managing much of the communication into and out of the Directors' Offices and interdepartmentally. You will, therefore, require impeccable communication skills and will demonstrate an engaging, but professional manner at all times. The role will include oversight of the schedules for the other Directors and you will take ownership of scheduling tasks and appointments for each. With the lifting of travel restrictions, the PA will be required to take ownership of making all the necessary arrangements for travel. This is to include booking tickets, accommodation, exhibition space, speaking appointments, etc.

Salary - £30,000 - £35,000

This role is likely to suit a "do it now" personality. This is a highly dynamic business with a constantly shifting list of priorities, so you will need to be organised, highly adaptable and resilient.
This is a full-time post, and you will be contracted to a 40-hour week, working in the office full time. However, it should be noted that from time to time, it may be necessary to work later into the day to keep on top of the changing schedules of the Directors and CEO.
As a clinical environment, robust anti-infection measures have been adopted to safeguard staff, volunteers and other visitors to our offices. Covid testing is undertaken daily. Masks are supplied to all staff. A local RFID based track and trace system has been operating for over a year.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a PA,* EA* or Private Secretary post
Excellent Outlook diary management skills
Excellent written and verbal English
Highly developed organization skills
Previous experience working in the life sciences sector or in healthcare would be highly advantageous, but is not essential
