What you'll do
As a Personal Assistant, you’ll be providing high-quality support to our Finance Leadership team, comprising of four people. This'll include providing information, coordinating activities and communications, interacting with key stakeholders and accurately completing a variety of administrative tasks.
You'll also be responsible for:
- Managing diaries and inboxes, making sure that all emails are actioned
- Organising and monitoring paper and electronic filing systems in line with record management policies
- Arranging internal and external meetings
- Screening telephone calls on behalf of business leaders
- Processing expenses and invoices
The skills you'll need
To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience of working in a leadership support or business management role. We’ll need you to have an understanding of how to manage diaries and inboxes and good attention to detail.
You’ll also demonstrate:
- The ability to analyse and prioritise information, instructions and papers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and the ability to use Excel
- An awareness of the customer business and how it interacts with the rest of our organisation
We’re offering a salary range of £25,200 - £33,600 for this role based in Edinburgh, or £30,780 - £41,040 for this role if based in Jersey, depending on experience.
