Brief Description
We have an opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant, here in our Southern Region Asset Management Team.
Based at London Blackfriars, as Personal Assistant to the Director, Engineering and Asset Management, youll provide an efficient and effective personal support service to the Director and their team to support the delivery of their objectives.
We are able to offer hybrid working, with the requirement to be in the office 2/3 days a week.
About the role (External)
Key Accountabilities will include:
- Managing the Directors calendar.
- Managing the Directors personal budget, making comprehensive records available at all times.
- Making arrangements for functions, conferences visits and meetings.
- Co-ordinating and preparing agenda and papers for executive meetings and assist with any follow-up action as necessary.
- Supervising and organising workloads for clerical support team in conjunction with other functional managers.
- Maintaining an efficient filing system paying particular attention to records of standing meetings, statutory records and authorisations.
- Utilising financial and procurement systems and act as Local Purchasing Agent (where directed).
- Reviewing accounts received and process invoices for payment in accordance with Internal Control procedures.
- Processing and maintaining weekly personnel records.
