Position Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a PA based at our York office (hybrid working), home of Nestlé Confectionery, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing for Confectionery. This really is an exciting time to join the team and could provide you with the opportunity to really be at the heart of everything we do,
ensuring effective diary management, administrative management and support to the ConfectioneryLeadership Team.

This role will see you energise and engage key stakeholders across the business, providing day to day supportnto the Confectionery Leadership Team. It's a varied role so you will be highly organised, have great attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. You will also:

- Supporting the Head of Marketing (HoM) & our Head of Customer Development Organisation (HoCDT) with work and diary commitments.
- Problem solving and the ability to make decisions with confidence in relation to business priorities andthe (HoM) / (HoCDT) requirements.
- Support to the Confectionery Leadership Team, including managing timelines and meeting schedules.
- General administrative work such as typing and formatting documents, preparing presentations,statistics and producing reports as requested.
- Arranging all business travel planning and accommodation requirements, including producing relevant itineraries and expense statements handling.
- Supporting key events / key event planning e.g. annual customer plan presentations / annual confectionery conference.
- Arranging and coordinating meetings with internal and external participants.
- Responding to queries in person, via telephone or email
- Coordination and communication as required across the business, including activities such as composing and typing any correspondence letters, memos and emails.

To be successful in this role you will be a self-motivated and passionate individual with previous PA and administration experience who enjoys a challenge and is willing to take ownership for your work. You will be a logical thinker, highly organised, driven and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and multi-tasking, always looking ahead to identify opportunities and potential issues. - Ideally have experience of working within a matrix style structure.
- Possess excellent organisation and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and discretion with a strong sense of integrity.
- Have a customer-centric, proactive approach with resilience and flexibility.
- Demonstrate proven upward management skills.
- Have a good understanding of best practice within an office environment
- Have solid IT skills throughout MS Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
