Job description
As a Personal Assistant, responsibilities would typically include a combination of administrative and managerial tasks. Administrative tasks will include email management, diary management, arranging travel and accommodation, managing invoices, expenses, holidays and HR processes. The role involves preparing and formatting information for internal and external distribution, extending but not limited to compiling data for reports, writing board reports, creating presentations, proofreading and other information preparation duties for the Directors. In addition to supporting business initiatives, projects, acting as point of contact for key external stakeholders and clients where required.
Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter and resourceful, capable of using your own initiative whilst working without supervision. A motivated, proactive, adaptable and hardworking individual, you will competently prioritise your time and delegate when required. This post is based around South East London preferable for you to be based here too. A driver is required.
Excellent communication skills are fundamental to the role. You will be confident, professional, and discrete when dealing with confidential information. Computer literacy and attention to detail are essential. You will have a proven track record of providing support to a busy executive team and a flexible approach to your working hours is required.
About you
Ideally you will have extensive background knowledge of working as an Executive Personal Assistant.
You will work closely with key colleagues to deliver the support needs of the Operations Director.
You will have diary organisational skills and able to proactively manage and organise emails.
You will assist in managing internal and external meetings and prepare any travel arrangements needed.
Run an efficient and effective office for the Operations Director whilst adhering to all company processes and standard operating procedures.
To be aware of and adhere to all the Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations and policies applicable to your position and working environment.
Attend appropriate training events to keep up to date with new or developing techniques.

Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £21,000.00 per hour
