Personal Assistant
We are looking for a highly organised, committed and hardworking Private Personal Assistant to provide business and personal support to the Chairman, to facilitate the effective balance of his work and personal life.
You will be supporting a dynamic, driven and demanding private individual who operates high and exacting standards.
Duties will consist of a mixture of private and business projects and no task will be too menial.
You will be an enthusiastic self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and always be willing to go the extra mile, you will be prepared to work outside the usual 9-5 hours, available for emergencies and the unexpected on a 24/7 basis.
You will be flexible and happy to carry out personal and business related tasks and be happy to work both in London (office based) and Petersfield (home based) depending on projects / tasks set for you.
You will be confident and self-assured with an outgoing personality. You will be used to dealing with young people and experienced in managing diaries in a business and a family setting. You will be able to interact on a business level as well as being able to communicate and engage with teenagers and navigate general family dynamics.
Your skill sets will be such that you are happy to get stuck into any task or project set from doing an emergency school pick up, organising a luxury holiday to complex board meeting scheduling, to attending building site visits in and around London.
You will be able to evidence relevant experience in a similar role and provide solid references, you will have a clean drivers licence and clear enhanced DBS.
This is a full-time position which will require you to work generally Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 5.30 based out of the London HQ but with flexibility to travel to and work from Petersfield and change hours / days on request should a project that requires your attention be based in location in Petersfield or another reasonable location.

·Self-motivated and focused and able to work independently with minimal supervision
·Good time keeping and excellent communication skills
You must be eligible to work in the UK full time, speak fluent English and hold a full clean driving licence.
For successful candidates, at least two references will be required from your previous employers and you will be required to complete an enhanced disclosure.
