Fixy Tech started as a family-run venture in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Despite our humble beginnings, we had one thing that many big companies often lacked - a genuine commitment to our customers and a dedicated focus on democratizing the phone industry.
As we delved deeper into the industry, we noticed a significant challenge many of our customers faced - the ethical disposal of broken screens. Not one to shy away from a problem, we turned this challenge into an opportunity and launched Fixy Tech's innovative recycling program. The idea was straightforward yet effective - our customers send us their damaged screens, and we recycle them responsibly, compensating them for their contribution.
Over the years, our small family business has grown exponentially. Today, we are proud to have added offices in London and Hong Kong to our original Belfast base, with our network expanding globally. Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the employer
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and events
Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office equipment
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the employer in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
