We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Management of / co-ordination of internal meetings and co-ordination of external meetings as required.
- Fielding of telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain an effective electronic filing system, ensuring information can be easily retrieved.
- Support in the arranging of travel for multiple key stakeholders. Researching availability and pricing, in line with Company Policy.
- Completion of Expense reports for VP's and other team members as required, ensuring that they are completed in a timely fashion and are in line with UKI Expense Policy.
- Prioritise emails effectively, ensuring that they are dealt with in a timely fashion.

- Ability to prioritise workload and happy to flex to support your PA colleagues timescales
- Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills (bother verbal and written) at all levels.
- Discretion and confidentiality with excellent time management skills.
- Awareness of GDPR parameters.
- Knowledge and effective use of Outlook diaries is important.
- A knowledge of the Finance systems, in order to be able to request Purchase Orders/cross charge costs etc.
