We are looking for experienced PA & Receptionist to join our management team.
· You will be the first point of contact for CEO and will provide support for CEO and the rest of the leadership team.
Main responsibilities:
· Handling response to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters
· Managing diary, scheduling meetings, assisting with agendas and action points as well as sending reminders to attendees.
· Taking notes at meeting, preparing and distributing minutes.
· Assisting with planning large company events such as quarterly town hall meetings and other ad hoc events
· Liaising with clients and colleagues especially CEO direct reports
· Providing support to leadership team
· Assisting with submitting Expenses
· Office & Reception Management(assisting with booking travel arrangements, ordering stationery and first aid supplies, arranging couriers, assisting with sorting and distributing post, and other ad hoc office management/reception duties).
Person Specification:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a PA at C-suite level, or equivalent.
- Highly efficient with excellent organisational skills.
- Advanced Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Organised, punctual and able to work well under pressure.
- Able to work in the office 5 days per week (this is a fully office based role).
